Roosevelt Field Mall

The Roosevelt Field Mall is built on the outskirts of Garden City NY and sits just a little off the Meadow Brook Parkway on Old Country Road. The physical address of the mall is 630 Old Country Road, Garden City, NY 11530.

This mall is among the largest shopping complexes in the world and the largest in New York State. The mall occupies approximately 2,189,951 square feet. There are over 273 stores at the Roosevelt Field Mall. There are also 24 places to eat at the mall. The list ranges from Houston's Steakhouse to Johnny Rockets hamburgers.

The mall features many major brands including its six anchor stores - Bloomingdales, Dick's Sporting Goods, JC Penney's, Macy's and Nordstrom.

Parking is free at the mall but the parking does get filled on busy weekends. There is also garage parking at the Roosevelt Field Mall. You can find valet parking at Bloomingdales and Nordstrom.

Mall hours are from 10 am till 9:30 pm on weekdays and Saturday, and 11am - 7pm on Sundays.

There have been some security incidents in the parking lot where attempts have been made to rob some women. The management also considers the mall a vulnerable target for terror attacks, cautions are suggested to look for any susceptible person or objects.

The mall is has two floors and a courtyard. The mall has some notariaty with a plaque in front of the Disney Store where Charles Lindbergh had started his trans Atlantic journey.
